Developing an e-commerce solution for Australian Jeweller, Rox Gems & Jeweller

About

ROX is seeking to increase sales through the development of an e-commerce platform.

ROX Gems & Jewellery designs classic contemporary, one-of-a-kind pieces featuring rare gemstones. Their team of local jewellers infuse passion into each piece, drawing inspiration from nature, art, textiles, and architecture, ensuring an exceptional and personalised experience for customers.

OVERVIEW & OUTCOME

For this project I lead a team of 4 other UX designers and also took part in every touchpoint of the project. I lead stand ups, delegation of core deliverables to team, and time-blocking to make sure the team delivered on schedule.

My team developed an ecommerce store which features a virtual try-on tool and size finder to reduce buyer uncertainty and lead to successful online purchases.
